New Delhi: The monsoon session of Parliament begins on July 18 and before that, the Lok Sabha Secretariat has released a new compilation of words and sentences under the heading 'Unparliamentary Words 2021' which have been included in the category of 'Unparliamentary Expression.' Now, a ban on the dharna on the premises of Parliament House has also been announced. As per the order issued, no member will be able to stage a dharna, strike, or hunger strike on the premises of Parliament House. At the same time, no religious programme can be held in the Parliament complex.

At the same time, the opposition has been furious over this decision of the Modi government. Senior Congress leader and Rajya Sabha member Jairam Ramesh also tweeted on the issue and targeted the Modi government. Sharing a copy of the order on his Twitter handle, he wrote, "Vishwaguru's latest salvo- D(h)arna Mana Hai.'' Let me tell you that, earlier, the Secretariat had issued a compilation of unparliamentary words. Under this, if a member objected to the chair saying that when you used to go to the Well by shouting in this way, remember that time or remember this time when you are sitting on the chair today...

According to the compilation, the words placed in the category of unparliamentary words, sentences or unlimited expressions include words like 'Jumlajeevi, Bal Buddhi MP, Shakuni, Jaichand, Lollipop, Chandal Chaukadi, Gul Khilaye, Pitthu, Kamina, Kala Satra, Dalal, Khoon ki Kheti, Chhokra, Coal Chor, Goru Chor, Charas Peete Hai, and Saand.'
