In view of the rapid spread of epidemic in Bihar, orders have been issued to strictly follow the provisions of Unlock-3 in the urban areas of the entire state from August 1 to 16. Night curfew will continue from 10 am to 5 am in the state. However, vehicles carrying goods on NH will be allowed to move. Government and private offices will open, but only 50% workers will be allowed to come to office. However, the office connected with the essential service has been exempted from this. The Legislature Secretariat will also be open and monsoon session can also be held.

Union Home Ministry had announced the Unlock-3 guidelines for July 29 to August 31. In this, all state governments have been asked to take appropriate decisions on the situation while assessing the infected areas at their level.

It is to be known that in Thursday meeting of Crisis Management Group, it was decided to implement the above restrictions in the urban areas of the state from August 1 to August 16 in addition to the provisions of Unlock-3. After this, the Home Department issued an order for strict strictures in all district, subdivision, block headquarters and all municipal areas, besides the state headquarters. In this, it has been told that apart from all the offices of the Center and the state, only 50% of the workers are allowed to come in the public enterprises.
