Palamu: A shocking incident has come to light in Palamu, Jharkhand. Here a person has lost his life while working out in the gym. It is being said that he had gone to the gym on Thursday morning to work out and suddenly died in the gym due to the workout. According to the news received, the person who lost his life during a workout in Palamu has been identified as Paplu Dixit (37).

Paplu, a resident of Chainpur, was working as a computer operator in Medininagar Central Jail. He was coming to the gym continuously for the last 3 months. On Thursday morning also he reached the gym like every day at six in the morning. He died suddenly after half an hour of hard work. According to gym operator Kaushal Yadav, Paplu did different types of workouts for about half an hour on Thursday. Due to this, while lifting the weight, Paplu suddenly fainted. The people present in the gym poured water on his face. Tried to bring him to his senses, but it had no effect on Paplu. He was immediately brought for MMCH treatment. Doctors declared him brought dead after examination. The CCTV footage of Paplu Dixit suddenly falling while doing gym has also surfaced on Friday.

It can be seen in the CCTV footage that Paplu is working out continuously and suddenly he stops for a while while lifting the weight. In a few seconds, they suddenly fall down with the weight. The post-mortem of Paplu's body was conducted to know about the cause of death. Police and family members are awaiting the report. Doctors said that it is possible that the young man may have suffered a heart attack. Here the jail administration said that the CCTV footage has also been taken and the matter is being investigated seriously.
