'Donate Plasma' campaign starts in Delhi, Dr. Harsh Vardhan inaugurated

New Delhi: Union Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan launched the plasma donation campaign in the national capital on Sunday. The initiative of this campaign has been done in mutual cooperation with Delhi Police and All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). Through the campaign, those who have defeated the corona epidemic will be encouraged to donate plasmas so that others suffering from corona can be treated. On this occasion, several police personnel from Delhi donated plazma.

On this occasion, Dr. Harsh Vardhan said that a person who is healthy with corona can donate plasma twice a month. He said that 2532 Delhi Police personnel have been found corona positive, while dozens have died due to this disease. The Union Minister also praised the Delhi Police soldiers who came forward to donate plasma here after losing Corona.

Dr. Harshvardhan said, 'I thank all the Corona Warriors. Now they have become plasma warriors'. Many senior medical officers, doctors and police officers of AIIMS were also present on the occasion. During this, Dr. Harsh Vardhan also urged people to donate plasma extensively.
