After the inauguration of Minister K.T.Rama Rao, the bridge is now open for traffic. Motorists travelling on the cable bridge at Durgam pond enjoyed a difficult drive from Madhapur to Inorbit Mall after traffic allowed on the construction from Monday.

Let us share briefly for your information, Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister K T Rama Rao opened the construction for traffic on Friday evening. The government has decided not to allow vehicular traffic on the bridge on weekends, so monday is allowed to travel. The first day is moderate traffic, keeping in mind the work in use from home practice due to the Kovid epidemic. Many motorists enjoyed a delicate drive and reached the other ends comfortably. "It didnot take me 15 minutes to reach the Innorbit Mall End from The Jubilee Hills. Not only is the cable bridge distance reduced by two kilometers, but it also reduces travel time," said private employee Iftekar Ahmed.

However, it should be noted that there is not much traffic these days due to the corona epidemic and that most employees are working from home. Once things get back to normal, many people will know the importance of these two structures, says Mithun Reddy, another private employee. Congratulating the GHMC for the commencement of construction, the motorists appealed to the authorities to complete the repair and relay work on one side (Kauri Hills-Jubilee Hills check post) under the flyover of highway no 45.
