Srinagar: Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister and former National Conference (NC) President Farooq Abdullah is once again seen to be screwed. Former CM Farooq Abdullah is being questioned in the Srinagar office of the Central Investigation Agency Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with the scam related to the Cricket Association. It is being told that Rs 43 crore has been allegedly rigged in the J&K Cricket Association scam.

In the scam case related to Cricket Association, CM Farooq Abdullah has been questioned before. The last time when Farooq Abdullah was interrogated at the Chandigarh office, the investigating agency had asked him to provide any necessary documents. Then 15 days of deferment was asked to present the documents on behalf of Farooq Abdullah. Farooq Abdullah has not submitted any documents to the investigating agency even after more than a year has passed in this case.

In the case related to the Cricket Association, a case was registered by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) many years ago. The ED has registered this case only on the basis of the case filed by the CBI. In which non-cooperation by Abdullah is causing difficulties.
