From children to adults, everyone loves eating noodles. You can add tartar or lemon zest (lemon juice or shingle) to the simple noodles and enhance its flavor and garnish.

Sid Mathur of YY City (Noodle Restaurant) and Piano Man chef Manoj Pandey has suggested these to make the noodles more delicious:

1. Lemon grass, leaves of lime and lemon zest can enhance the taste of noodles.

2. Put the peanut or almond pieces in the noodles, which will enhance the flavor and give it a nice garnish look.

3. Vegetables can also enhance the taste of noodles.

4. Tomato chutney can also extend taste, grind fresh tomatoes, add one pinch of pepper, salt to taste and a small spoon of soya sauce and vinegar (vinegar) and mix it in the water that noodles are boiling.

5. When the noodles are cooked in half, you can add beans, broccoli, peas and carrots in small size and keep it running until it is cooked.
