Harry Styles is officially an official member of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and with Eternals entering its third weekend in theatres, Marvel is no longer embarrassed to admit it. Styles' character Eros appears in the film's mid-credit sequence to offer his otherworldly assistance to Thena (Angelina Jolie), Makkari (Lauren Ridloff), and Druig (Andrew Garfield) (Barry Keoghan).

"Meet the Royal Prince of Titan, Thanos' brother," the studio stated in the post on their official Instagram account. "The Knave of Hearts, the Great Adventurer, Starfox, the Defeater of Black Roger." The picture has Eros surrounded by shimmering, golden light, giving him the celestial, otherworldly look of an Eternal, similar to the film's other character posters, including a freshly released one for Karun, Kumail Nanjiani's committed companion to Kingo.
According to Collider, Styles will enter the MCU in a significant position later on, as one of Marvel's most powerful characters and maybe the key to bringing the universe's more Earthbound heroes into the fold. Eros, also known by his pseudonym Starfox, was a former member of the Avengers and is the (mostly) good twin brother of Thanos, an extraterrestrial hero with superhuman strength and the ability to manipulate human emotions for his own ends.
After much world wide web speculation over Styles' inclusion in the film, Marvel's first official recognition of his presence in the film is the new poster. While there's no indication on whether he'll appear in any future Marvel films, with the MCU expanding and new types of heroes being introduced with each new instalment, we can be sure that Eros isn't going anywhere - at least, not until the multiverse is wiped out.
