According to the news received, the fast track court in Varanasi, in its decision, has declared the petition to worship the 'Shivling' found during the Gyanvapi survey and to hand over the Gyanvapi complex to the Hindus to be heard. Yes and now there will be a further hearing in this matter. The Muslim side had filed a petition on November 7, but now the court has dismissed the petition saying the matter is meritorious. With this, the district court has been given the next date on December 2. Let us tell you that earlier in this regard, District Assistant Government Advocate Sulabh Prakash had told that, 'The date of November 17 has been fixed for pronouncing the verdict in the fast track court.' During the hearing, in this case, the Civil Judge after hearing the arguments of both parties had reserved the decision on the maintainability of the petition.

Let us tell you that in the earlier hearing, the district court had given its verdict on the carbon dating of the alleged 'Shivling' located in Gyanvapi. During that time, the court of District Judge Dr Ajay Krishna Vishwesh flatly refused the carbon dating investigation of Shivling. In fact, there was a demand from the Hindu side in this matter that carbon dating and scientific testing of Shivling should be done. So the Muslim side is constantly objecting to this demand and is calling the Shivling a fountain.
