Sambhal: In a devastating incident on the Sambhal-Hasanpur road in Uttar Pradesh, three lives were lost and 17 others were left injured when a tractor-trolley collided with a container truck. The collision took place near Deep Pur Tanda, within the jurisdiction of the Rajpura police station, according to authorities.

The victims, who were returning from a funeral, included Ghasi Ram (60), Mahipal (55), and Gumani (40), all of whom lost their lives in the accident. The injured individuals were promptly taken to the hospital for treatment.

Shockingly, the driver of the truck fled the scene following the collision, leaving behind chaos and devastation. District Magistrate Manish Bansal revealed that the tragic incident occurred around 11 pm on Sunday.

The victims hailed from Lakhanpur village and were returning from Anupshahr in Bulandshahr district after attending a funeral, further adding to the heartbreak of the situation. The community mourns the loss of lives and prays for the speedy recovery of those injured in this unfortunate accident.
