Even after the lockdown in India, the number of coronavirus patients is continuously increasing. Meanwhile, the first death from the deadly virus has been recorded in Visakhapatnam city. According to the information, a 62-year-old man suffering from kidney disease was admitted to King George Hospital (KGH). The man died as soon as he was hospitalized. Doctors conducted a corona test of the deceased, after which it was found out that he was infected with the coronavirus.

In his statement, Andhra Medical College (AMC) chief Sudhakar said that the 2-year-old man was admitted to KGH with kidney disease. He died during treatment. His body was handed over to family members, but when we went to his inquiry, it was found out that he was Corona positive. After this, our team reached the deceased's house and performed the last rites as per protocol.

Corona cases exceeded 37 thousand in the country, 9951 patients recovered

The deceased person was admitted to the hospital with severe chronic kidney disease. After his death he was found infected with Covid-19, but the cause of death is not yet known. He told that 20 employees of the hospital who came in contact with the patient during the treatment have been quarantined.
