Mumbai: After Karnataka, now an attempt is being made to raise the issue through banners advocating hijab in Maharashtra. Some time back, banners of 'First Hijab, Then Kitab' were seen in Bashirganj in Beed district. These banners were put up by a student leader of AIMIM, which was removed by the police. But, now the same banners were seen in Mominpura located in Gevrai town of Beed district.

Please tell that Gevrai town is located at a distance of about 30 km from Beed city. The banners read 'First hijab, then book' along with 'hijab is our right' and 'everything valuable is in the screen'. Not only this, the names of the organizations putting it up are also written in this banner.

The names on the banner include Mominpura Youth Club, International Human Rights Protection Council, Hazrat Tipu Sultan Youth Forum and Maulana Azad Youth Forum of Gevrai. Let us inform that one of the 6 main architects of the horrific terrorist attacks in Mumbai on 26/11, Abu Jundal alias Abu Hamza, is a resident of this place. In this terrorist attack, 166 people were killed and hundreds were badly injured.
