Ahmedabad: A major accident has taken place in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Four laborers died while cleaning a chemical waste tank in a cloth factory located here. The accident took place in the huge fabric factory of the Chiripal Group in Dholka, Ahmedabad. Ahmedabad Rural Deputy Superintendent of Police Nitesh Pandey informed the media about the accident.

He told that, 'Four laborers were cleaning a chemical waste tank, during this time poisonous gas leaked from the chemical waste tank. All four laborers died due to this poisonous gas coming under control. An FIR is being registered in this case. Simultaneously, the accident is being investigated. It has been told that the cause of poisonous gas leaks has not yet been known. Earlier on May 7, the case of gas leaks came to light at the plant of LG Polymers Company in Visakhapatnam. In this incident, at least 11 people were killed and the condition of many people had worsened.

In this case, the police took strict action and arrested 12 people including the company's CEO, technical director. This accident was so frightening that people started circling on the road due to poisonous gas. The administration had evacuated the adjoining villages after the gas leak incident.
