BJP amidst political turmoil says, 'If FIR is not registered against Congress leaders then...'

Jaipur: In the political turmoil of Rajasthan, BJP has also reached the police, and has filed a case against Congress leaders including Congress national spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala, accusing the BJP and its leaders of spoiling the image. The party has demanded to file an issue against these leaders in defamation and other sections.

Request for filing a defamation case against Surjewala and others: A case was filed on behalf of state BJP spokesperson Laxmikant Bhardwaj at Ashok Nagar police station in Jaipur late last night. In which it has been told that for the past few times, Chief Whip of the State Vishesh Mahesh Joshi, Congress National Spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala, State Congress President Govind Singh Dotasara etc. are undermining the reputation of the BJP, so that the internal condition of the Congress and go wrong but BJP should be held accountable.

Possession of issuing pseudo-audio tapes: The complaint alleges that the audio tapes were also started by falsely telling the voices of BJP leaders by mocking the voices of pseudo-persons from the CM residence. This work is done by a person named Lokesh Sharma, who calls himself the OSD of CM. Bhardwaj has said in the complaint that on the basis of this, wrong cases have also been filed. He has said that this has caused serious harm to my party and its leaders. They have demanded defamation, inciting people and registering cases against the leaders involved in other sections.
