The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has delivered its verdict in the case involving Kulbhushan Jadhav, an Indian national jailed in Pakistan. Union Minister Giriraj Singh on Wednesday slammed the Pakistani delegation, who had defended kulbhushan Jadhav's case in the International Court of Justice in after the verdict was pronounced in India's side.

The Pakistan government has termed the decision of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in Kulbhushan Jadhav case as a victory for Pakistan. Pakistan tweeted: "Pakistan's big win. The ICJ rejected India's demand for the release of Kulbhushan Jadhav.

Giriraj slammed Pakistan for its tweets.  The Union Minister said that it was not Pakistan's fault here because the ICJ's decision was in English. Giriraj Singh wrote: "It is not your fault because it was in English." Giriraj Singh's tweet shows that his gesture is on the alleged bad English of the people of Pakistan. People's reactions to his tweet are beginning to come.

The International Court of Justice yesterday ruled in favour of India and stayed Jadhav's execution. The international judiciary also ordered Pakistan to review the case, which sentenced Jadhav to the Islamic State for grant of consular access that he deserved and said he was not granted despite repeated requests. Pakistan violates the Vienna Convention.
