In Rajasthan, the infighting of the Congress party has come in front of everyone due to political infighting. The governor has also joined this feud. The Governor is under pressure to call the session of the assembly without wasting time. The Governor is taking legal opinion about this. Due to this delay, the Congress is also raising questions on the role of the Governor, but in this fight, the constitutional experts are giving their opinion in favor of the Governor.

Umesh Sehgal, former Chief Secretary of Delhi and a constitutional expert, has come out with a big statement. In which he said that the governor is not a rubber stamp and he has the right to ask for clarification and seek constitutional opinion on any matter. He believes that the governor can know the reason for convening the session of the assembly, and can also take a necessary time for its approval.

Umesh Sehgal believes that in the time of Corona, the governor can know how the rules, including physical distance, are going to be followed. Senior advocate DK Garg believes that Governor Kalraj Mishra's step in Rajasthan case is right. Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot wants to call a session of the assembly, but the issue of membership of about 20 MLAs is in the Supreme Court, and for this, the date of August 4 has been given. If they make a decision, then it can also be considered to interfere in the work of the Supreme Court. Garg says that Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot wants to prove his majority in the assembly once.
