On the auspicious occasion of 'Tamla Du,' Arunachal Pradesh Governor Brig (Retd) Dr BD Mishra sent his greetings to the people of the state in general and the Tawrah and Kaman Mishmi community in particular. Mishra voiced his worry about the COVID-19 pandemic and asked for people's help in containing the deadly virus. He also encouraged people to celebrate the holiday at home and avoid going to mass.
