Patna: The Bihar government has launched a very special scheme to promote industrialization and entrepreneurship. According to the scheme, loans up to Rs. 10 lakh will be available for setting up industries without any interest and only half of the loan in the scheme means only Rs. 5 lakhs. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar launched the CM Mahila Udyami Yojana and cm yuva udyami yojana through video conferencing, which also led to the launch of the portal for applying for schemes. The same will provide most of the Rs 10 lakh for setting up industries under these schemes, which will have a grant of only Rs 5 lakh. On the other hand, women will not have to pay interest on a loan of Rs 5 lakh. In addition, young entrepreneurs will have to pay just 1 percent interest.

Cm Principal Secretary Deepak Kumar, Chanchal Kumar, Secretary Anupam Kumar and Special Task Officer Gopal Singh were present at the same event. Deputy CM Tarkishore Prasad, Renu Devi, Industry Minister Shahnawaz Hussain, Chief Secretary Tripurari Sharan, Development Commissioner Amir Subhani, Industry Department Secretary Narmadaeshwar Lal and other senior officials of the industry department were involved through video conferencing. In addition, general managers of all district industry centres were also associated with the function.
