Guna: There has been a piece of shocking news from Madhya Pradesh recently. Yes, in fact, something has happened in the enclosure here that you will be surprised to know. It is a very shameful matter. In fact, Dalits are not getting crematoria here and that is why they have to make all arrangements themselves after the death of their families members. Now, the recent case that has come to light is from Bansahaida village in the district. After the death of a 45-year-old woman, the villagers had to arrange not only the things needed for the pyre but also from tin sheets to sheds themselves.

They reportedly had to burn the woman's body with tires and diesel. Yes, according to reports, Ramkanya Bai Harijan, a 45-year-old woman from Bansahada village, died at 10.00 am on Friday. Meanwhile, due to heavy rains, the family members kept the body of the deceased in the house for an hour and a half. When the rain did not stop, the family and villagers rushed to the crematorium with the body. But there was no teen shed and no platform on which the body could be cremated. Seeing this, people ordered 2 tin sheets from the village and prepared a pyre as soon as possible.

The wood was wet due to the rain, which led to the burning of tires under some of the wood, and then the fire could catch fire. Thereafter, 10-12 villagers stood up as sheds and the woman could then be cremated with diesel. You all must be aware that this is a Dalit-dominated area and more than 1000 families of the Dalit community live here. In such a situation, the people here say that only promises are made to them and are not fulfilled.
