Popular in the list of writers of Madhya Pradesh, the famous writer & author of Gwalior once again raised the touching issue for the writers.  Kuldeep Sharma has become hope among the writers of other states. Gwalior city writer Kuldeep Sharma wrote a letter to the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh state, Shri Shivraj Chauhan Ji a few days ago, in which he talked about the problems faced by writers, their livelihood, respect and encouragement to writers.

He said: “Authors are getting support from different states of the country regarding this. The authors say that we would not have become the next Munshi Premchand, if he too had been encouraged by the government and had received incentives for his livelihood, he would not have died in poverty. The life of a writer is full of struggle and even after struggling, time decides whether he will get fame or not. But even after achieving fame, many writers submit themselves to the situation under stress and financial constraints, in such a situation, it becomes the duty of the government to consider the topic of livelihood of the writers and give them incentives from time to time”.

He further said: “Those who are rich do not need any financial help, but those who are not rich remain deprived, those who have talent are being left behind. Today many youths in the city who are getting appreciation from the people for their writing also wish that they also get some kind of help from the government, so that they can do better in their life and bring their art among all. If writers are encouraged by the state government, then other youths will not shy away from adopting writing and making a career in writing.”
