In Unnao, Uttar Pradesh, the house of a minor gangrape victim was set on fire. The victim's family has to say that the house was set on fire by the gang rape accused. The family has to say that the accused, who were released on bail, were pressuring the victim to reconcile. When the victim's family refused to reconcile, the accused assaulted them. Set fire to her house. In this incident, two children of the victim's family were badly burned and are still being treated.

The accused are out on bail. This incident took place on the night of April 17th at around 10 p.m. Two gang rape convicts were released from jail on bail a month ago. On the night of April 17, both the accused and their two other accomplices had reached the house of the minor Dalit victim. He was allegedly engaged in creating pressure for reconciliation in the gangrape case. Then they started abusing. When the victim and her mother protested, they were beaten with sticks. Also threatened to kill.

Then the accused set their house on fire. The victim's 7-month-old son and his 2-month-old sister were seriously burned in the fire. It is being said that both innocents have suffered 40–45 percent burns. After the incident, the victim, her mother, and her children have been admitted to Kanpur Hallet Hospital.

Gangrape happened twice. According to the information received so far, the incident is in Ladkheda village, under the Maurawan police station area. The minor was gang-raped on December 31, 2021, and February 13, 2022. In the case, the victim had filed a case against Arun, Aman, and Satish of the village. The police arrested the accused of gangrape after registering a case under the POCSO Act. In September 2022, the minor gave birth to a son.
