Halle Berry, known for her Oscar and Emmy-winning roles, has withdrawn from "All’s Fair," Hulu’s upcoming legal series created by Ryan Murphy and starring Kim Kardashian. This decision, confirmed by Deadline, follows an initial announcement where Berry and Glenn Close were slated to lead alongside Kardashian in the ensemble cast. Representatives from Hulu and 20th Television, the series' production company, chose not to comment on Berry’s departure.

"All’s Fair," written and executive produced by Jon Robin Baitz and Joe Baken, is set within an all-female law firm. The series, a collaboration between 20th Television and Ryan Murphy Television under Disney TV Studios, also lists Jamie Pachino, Laura Greene, Richard Levine, Kris Jenner, Alexis Martin Woodall, Eric Kovtun, and Scott Robertson as executive producers. Additionally, Murphy will direct episodes.

The storyline centers on a female-dominated law practice in Los Angeles. While specifics about Berry’s role remain undisclosed, Kardashian is set to portray a successful divorce attorney and firm owner. Production for "All’s Fair" is slated to commence later this year, with a scheduled release in early 2025.
