Actor Ashok Saraf, who has established new dimensions of comedy in Bollywood industries, is celebrating his birthday today. He was born on June 4, 1947 at Chikhlwadi in South Mumbai. Ashok's father wanted him to complete his education and do a good job, but his dream of acting was becoming a dream in his mind. However, celebrating his father's wishes, he joined the State Bank of India.
Ashok's father used to do import-export business and was happy that the son started working in the bank. However, Ashok's eyes seemed to be his dream coming out. Along with the job, he continued to play and keep his hobby alive. He completed 10 years of his job while looking for a place in acting.
The role of a clown was his start in acting: Media reports Ashok a renowned Marathi writer V. C. Khandekar participated in a play based on his book 'Yayati'. He became a clown in this play. From here, their tax started. After which he got a role in the 1971 Marathi movie 'Gharcha Pahuna' (guest of both houses) and he went to umbrellas.
Recognition of actor: From Pandu Havaldar: And Dada Kondke's 1975 movie 'Pandu Havaldar' gave Ashok another new look to success. After which he appeared in a strong role in 'Karan Arjun' 'Yes Boss' 'Zoru Ka Ghulam'. Ajay Devgn's 'Singham' also gained a lot of popularity.
Family: Ashok Saraf, who has completed nearly 50 years in Hindi cinema, was married to actress Nivedita Joshi. The two have a son named Aniket. Ashok Saraf is 18 years older than his wife Nivedita Joshi. When Ashok Saraf was 24 years old, Nivedita was only 6 years old.
