Lucknow: The hearing of the Hathras case is set to be held today in the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court. UP Additional Chief Secretary (Home) Avnish Awasthi and ADG Law and Order Prashant Kumar are scheduled to appear on behalf of the government during this hearing to be held in the High Court. During this hearing, DM Hathras Praveen Kumar and suspended SP, SP Vikrant Veer have to present the affidavit containing their statement in this case in the High Court. It is also believed that the hearing of the Hathras case is going to be held this afternoon in the Lucknow bench of the High Court.

According to the information received, the victim family of Hathras case is not going to appear before the court during this hearing. Yes, Seema Kushwaha, advocate for the victim's family is going to be present during the hearing in the court. After the Supreme Court order, the Ministry of Home Affairs has given protection to the family of the victim of Hathras. The victim's family has been given protection by the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). Before this, the UP police was protecting the Hathras victim family, in which the police had given 3 tier security to the victim's family.

By the way, let us also tell you that the security given by the Uttar Pradesh Police has 8 CCTV cameras on the way to the entire house and village of the victim family, 18 near the police house, including 2 inspectors, 2 sub-inspectors, 8 constables, 2 heads. The constable, 4 lady constables as well as a platoon (15 PAC personnel) were engaged in the protection of the victim's family in the shift. Along with this, the North Police had also given 2-2 shadows to all the members of the house.
