Ratanlal head constable is said to be originally from Sikar, Rajasthan. He was admitted to the Delhi Police in the year 1998. He was currently posted in the office of ACP Anuj of the Gokulpuri Sub Division. It has been learned about him that he was on duty despite having a fever last Saturday.
