New Delhi: The outbreak of Corona pandemic in the country is increasing. The number of infected has reached 36 lakh. So far 64,469 people have died due to this virus. Meanwhile, Union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan has hoped that by Diwali the corona infection will be controlled to a great extent.
During the 'Nation First' web seminar organized by Anant Kumar Foundation in Bengaluru, Dr Harsh Vardhan has said, "Coronavirus infection will be effectively controlled by Diwali. Everyone together plays an important role in the battle of Corona". In his address, Union Minister Harsh Vardhan further said, "The vaccine trial is going on loudly. Three clinical trials are going on and four pre-clinical trials are going on."
He said that "We hope that by the end of this year, Corona vaccine will be prepared. Now 5 lakh PPE kits are being produced every day whereas 10 lakh N95 masks are being produced every day. 25 companies are manufacturing ventilators." Dr Harsh Vardhan further said, "There was only one lab in the country till February to check for corona infection, now it has been increased to 1583".
