The politics of Rajasthan is being trapped in legal matters.  High Court on Friday ordered that status quo be maintained on the show cause notice issued by the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly to Sachin Pilot and its group of rebel MLA. Now the central government's side will also be heard in it. After accepting the application, the High Court, while passing judgment on the petition filed on the speaker's summons, has ordered to maintain the status quo.

After hearing the petition filed on Wednesday by the Pilot faction in the summons and petition to make the Central Government a party to the case, it has been accepted by the court. With this, the Central Government has also become a party to the summons petition. Now the central government's lawyer can ask the court for time to answer in this case. On the other hand, the High Court has given the status quo directive on the summons petition. It is considered a big relief for the pilot faction. After the status quo directive, no party will get any action. The entire case will be under the Supreme Court. The High Court has stayed the Speaker's summons.

Summons was sent to these M.L.A.

Sachin Pilot, Ramesh Meena, Indraj Gurjar, Gajraj Khatana, Rakesh Pareek, Murari Meena, PR Meena, Suresh Modi, Bhanwar Lal Sharma, Vedprakash Solanki, Mukesh Bhakar, Ramnivas Gavadia, Harish Meena, Brijendra Ola, Hemaram Chaudhary, Vishvendra Singh, Amar Singh, Dependra Singh and Gajendra Shaktawat.
