NEW DELHI: Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who returned from a two-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir, briefed the Lok Sabha on the situation in the state on Friday. He said, terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir is due to Pakistan. Our Government has zero tolerance policy against terrorism. He has categorically said that wherever the root cause of terrorism exists, we will enter and kill.

Amit Shah has said in the House that Section 356 was imposed 132 times in Jammu and Kashmir. Of these, Congress has implemented this section 93 times.
