In fact, this man named Kumar Saurabh alias Saurabh Pandey took advantage of the name of a successful candidate from Uttar Pradesh and for two months spread confusion from society to the government. The 357th rank in the list of successful candidates in the UPSC 2021 exam has been secured by Kumar Saurabh of Uttar Pradesh.
