Hyderabad: According to a release here on Sunday, the spokesperson of L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad Limited (LTMRHL) said, from September 6, Hyderabad Metro Rail will now run from 7 am to 10 am. It will reach all the terminating stations at around 11:15 hrs, where COVID safety protocol is in place. For everyone's safety, passengers are advised to strictly follow the COVID safety guidelines including social distancing, wearing of face masks, regular hand sanitisation and thermal screening.

Commuters are requested to co-operate with the security personnel and staff of Hyderabad Metro Rail in their efforts towards keeping Metro travel safe. For information, let us tell you that the National Investment and Infrastructure Fund Limited (NIIFL) has offered help to the loss-making Hyderabad Metro Rail (HMR) to deal with the financial crisis. NIIFL has decided to invest in HMR.

The company reportedly offered HMR an investment of around Rs 4,000 crore to boost its operations and tide over the financial crisis. Its officials have been trying to get soft loans from banks for a long time. Amidst the Corona pandemic, HMR suffered huge losses and asked for some easy loans.
