ICAI National Cost Convention 2018: All you need to Know

New Delhi [India], Mar 15: The Institute of Cost Accountants of India is organizing the National Cost Convention 2018 which will be held at Vigyan Bhavan in New Delhi on March 16th and 17th.

M. Venkaiah Naidu, Vice President of India is to inaugurate the national cost convention summit as the chief guest.

P. P. Chaudhary, union minister of state for law and justice and corporate affairs and Injeti Srinivas, secretary, the ministry of corporate affairs, the government of India, will also grace the inaugural session as guests of honour.

CMA Sanjay Gupta, president of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) will deliver the inaugural address.

During this summit, MOS, law and justice and corporate affairs will release two research publications of the Institute - "Cost Governance" and "Self-Sustainability Model for Panchayats through Capacity Building".

The institute will organize a special session on 16th March 2018 which will be chaired by Suresh Prabhu, union minister of commerce and industry.

 On the second day of the convention, Piyush Goyal, union minister of railways and coal will chair a special session and deliver his address.

Shiv Pratap Shukla, minister of state for finance will be the chief guest for the valedictory programme on March 17th.

 

This two-day convention will deliberate on the following topics by the well-known speakers from corner to corner of the country:

Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code: CMAs Reviving Businesses
