Shajapur: The Future Creation Academy School at Ladawad in the Shajapur district of Madhya Pradesh was functioning without recognition. In fact, students from class nursery to X were studying in this school and were admitted to a private school in Bercha by the school operator and had run their school with the recognition of the same school. However, the matter came to light when the children did not get mark sheets and TCs.

After the same disclosure, the parents complained to the district education officer. Based on the complaint of the parents in the case, the Education Department registered a case against the school operator at Kotwali police station. The school operator has been absconding ever since the same case was registered. As per the information received in the case, on the complaint of parents and children, DEO conducted an inquiry into the said school which was determined was functioning without recognition, and school operator Suraj Rajput admitted the children to another school and was running his own school on the recognition of that school.

When the complaint was found correct, BRC Rajneesh Mahiwal registered a case against accused school operator Suraj Rajput in Kotwali police station. Kotwali police reportedly registered a case under Section 420,467,468 IPCC against the operator. Kotwali police are now on the lookout for the accused and now the education department is making arrangements for the children to enter another school and arranging their mark sheets.
