Indore: The month of Sawan is about to pass for almost half a month, while the love of people towards Kanwar Yatra is getting to be seen on a very large scale. Not only this, in view of the safety of the Kanwar passengers, the movement of trucks and heavy vehicles has been completely banned during the day on Khandwa Road located in Indore district. Additional District Magistrate Shri Pawan Jain has also issued orders in this regard. 

Reports say that according to the order issued, the entry of trucks and load carrier vehicles going from Indore to Khandwa and coming from Khandwa to Indore is going to be prohibited from 8 am to 9 pm.
 
Let us inform you that the above ban excludes milk vehicles, municipal vehicles engaged in health services, police vehicles, fire brigade, water tankers, army vehicles, vehicles engaged in the work of electricity board, LPG-petroleum products, and agricultural produce market. Vehicles carrying vegetables and passenger buses are also allowed to remain free. This restriction is being told only for the load carrier vehicles. The rest of the light vehicles like cars, jeeps and two-wheelers will continue to operate as before.
