Ranchi: The last match of the series of three Tests between India and South Africa will be played today in Ranchi. India has already won this series. Today, the possibility of rain is being predicted in the third Test match starting on Saturday. According to the Meteorological Department, there may be intermittent rains on October 20 and 21.

However, the Jharkhand State Cricket Association has said that the game will start only after 15 to 20 minutes after the rain stops. There will be no water logging on the ground. In the three-Test series, Team India has already achieved an unbeatable 2-0 lead under Virat's captaincy. This will be India's second Test match at JSCA Stadium.

Earlier, Team India played a test match here in 2017. This Test match was played against Australia which was a draw. Ravindra Jadeja holds the record for the best bowling at this ground for India. Jadeja took a total of 9 wickets in that match against Australia.

He also took five wickets in an innings. The hosts look much stronger than the visiting team at the moment. Anyway, two important players from South Africa, Keshav Maharaj and opener batsman Aidan Markram have been injured and have been out of the third Test match.
