New Delhi: US President Donald Trump said on Monday that India and the United States will sign two defense deals worth three billion dollars in Delhi on Tuesday. The defense deals relate to the sale of 24 MH-60R helicopters for the Indian Navy and six AH-64E Apache helicopters for the Army.

Donald Trump, who arrived in Gujarat on Monday at the Motera Stadium in Ahmedabad, said, "We will continue to advance our defense cooperation. America is ready to provide the world's best and most lethal military equipment to India. We prepare the best weapons." And we are going to deal with India now. " He has said, "I am pleased to announce that on Tuesday our representatives will sign more than three billion-dollar sales deals for Indian military forces, which include state-of-the-art military helicopters and other military equipment."

Let us tell you that before the Trump visit to India, the Cabinet Committee on Security under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi on 24 February awarded 24 MH-60 'Romeo' naval multi-mission helicopters for $ 2.12 billion and six HH-64E Apache helicopters to the US. Out of this, two deals worth Rs 79.6 crore were approved.
