New Delhi: The number of corona infected is increasing rapidly in the country. In the last 24 hours, 17 thousand 296 new cases have been registered and 407 people have died. According to the update released by the Health Ministry on Friday, the figure of total patients in the country has gone up to 4 lakh 90 thousand 401, in which 15 thousand 301 people have lost their lives.

So far 2 lakh 85 thousand 637 people have also become healthy from Corona. The number of active cases in the country is 1 lakh 89 thousand 463. According to ICMR data, 77 lakh 76 thousand 228 tests have been done till 25 June. On 25 June itself, 2 lakh 15 thousand 446 tests were done. All records so far were broken in Maharashtra with 4841 new cases on Thursday. The death toll on Thursday stood at 192, although it also included 83 deaths before. The total corona cases in the state have reached 1 lakh 47 thousand 741. However, with 1350 new patients in Mumbai, the pace of infection has remained almost constant for the last few days.

The pace of corona infection in Delhi is getting faster. In the last 24 hours, 3390 new corona patients have been confirmed and with this, the number of corona patients in Delhi has reached close to 74 thousand. 64 people have lost their lives in 24 hours. The death toll from infection has reached 2429.
