The total number of people infected with the coronavirus in the country has been 82,67,623. According to the data of the ministry, the number of patients recovering from the coronavirus in the country is steadily increasing. The total number of infection-free patients in the country has reached 76,03,121. In the last 24 hours, 58,323 patients have returned home after beating the virus.

According to ministry figures, the number of active cases in the country remains below six lakh. The total number of active cases is 5,41,405, with a drop of 20,503 in the last 24 hours. At the same time, a total of 1,23,097 people have died due to Coronavirus infection in the country so far.
