New Delhi: India has taken an oral note on the exploitation of Indian diplomats living in Pakistan. Five cases of exploitation have been reported so far this month. These cases are mostly minor, but the Government has expressed its opposition to it because the number is increasing.

According to official sources, India has given a green signal this month to the deployment of Pakistan's new High Commissioner Moin-ul-Haq. Haq is expected to visit India in the third week of August. He was earlier posted as a Pakistani diplomat in France. Pakistan decided to send him to India in May.

India hopes that Haq will understand and positively implement the relations between the two countries on the Kartarpur corridor. The two countries have eliminated a number of cases of exploitation during the last few months using the 1992 Code of Conduct on the conduct of diplomats in India and Pakistan. On many occasions, situations have deteriorated, such as accusing each other of disrupting the Iftar party before Eid this year.

The two countries are currently negotiating on Kulbhushan Jadhav's diplomatic access, according to an order of the International Court of Justice. The Indian government wants Pakistan to allow Indian officials to talk to Kulbhushan Jadhav privately. Pakistan, on the other hand, insists that it will ensure diplomatic access to Jadhav in accordance with the law of his country.

At the beginning of the year, a Pakistani MBC employee was accused of allegedly touching a woman in the market in a wrong way. According to the woman, the employee had wrongly touched her in the market. The employee had said that her hand had accidentally touched the woman because of the huge crowd in the market. The case was over after the employee apologised to the woman.
