India has started its vaccination drive against corona. It is also supplying vaccine to other nation to help them fight the pandemic. India is one of the world's biggest drugmakers, and an increasing number of countries have already approached it for procuring coronavirus vaccines. After sending vaccines to many neighbouring countries, India sent 13 boxes of COVID-19 vaccine to Mongolia on Sunday.

The vaccine was sent from the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA), Mumbai to Mongolia. The 25 nations across the world have already received Made in India vaccines and 49 more countries will be supplied in the coming days, ranging from Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean to Africa, South-East Asia and the Pacific Islands. 

India have so far supplied vaccines to Bhutan, Maldives, Bangladesh, Nepal, Myanmar, Mauritius, Seychelles, Sri Lanka, the UAE, Brazil, Morocco, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, Algeria, Kuwait and South Africa.

Meanwhile, The total number of global coronavirus cases has topped 111.3 million, while the deaths have surged to more than 2.46 million, according to Johns Hopkins University.
