On Thursday, (March 25), India won silver medal in the women's 50m Rifle 3 positions team event. Let us share that India loss final event against Poland and able to secure silver medal.. The Indian women's side for the team contest, comprised of sport shooters Anjum Moudgil, Shreya Saksena and Gaayathri Nithyanandam. Let us share that the Indian rifle shooter trio lost to the Poland team comprising Stankiewicz Aneta, Kochanska Natalia, and Szutko Aleksandra by a margin of 43-47 in the final occasion.

For your information let us share that after gaining this silver medal the brilliant sports shooter trio in the rifle event, India have upped their medal tally to 20 so far in the ongoing ISSF Shooting World Cup 2021 being held in New Delhi. India are leading the gold tally with 9 medals, silver category with 6 medals and the bronze category with 5 medals. The USA are second in the medals tally, after India’s 20, at 6.

On othr hand, Aishwary Pratap Singh Tomar added yet another gold medal to India's tally at the ongoing ISSF World Cup in New Delhi after winning the men's 50M Rifle 3 Positions event by less than a point. The other Indians in the final, veteran Sanjeev Rajput and Niraj Kumar finished 6th and 8th, respectively. Tomar, who is a Tokyo Olympics quota-holder, scored 155 points in kneeling and 310.5 in prone before the standing elimination round.
