New Delhi: Indian Army has denied a video running on social media amidst ongoing tension in East Ladakh with China. The military says there is no violence on the China border right now and differences are being resolved through dialogue between military commanders. In this video, there is a scuffle between the soldiers of India and China.

The Army has said in a statement, 'A video is going viral on social media about a border incident. What is shown in this is not correct. Efforts are being made to link it to the situation in the northern border which is wrong. There is no violence happening right now. The differences are being resolved through negotiations between military commanders. There are established protocols to resolve the border dispute between the two countries and negotiations are going on under it. Efforts are being made to sensationalise issues related to national security, we strongly condemn this. We urge the media to show such visuals that can spoil the atmosphere on the border.

There has been tension between India and China on the eastern Ladakh border for the last few days. Both countries have increased their military deployment there. There is a 3488 km long Line of Actual Control (LAC) between the two countries, on which both countries make their claims.
