Islamabad: Pakistan has expressed reservations over India's decision to open Siachen as the world's highest war zone for tourists, saying that no goodwill can be expected from India. Pakistan Foreign Ministry spokesman Dr. Mohammad Faisal questioned the situation of Siachen in weekly press talks on Thursday.
Faisal said, "How can India open Siachen to tourists? It is a disputed territory that India has forcibly occupied. We do not expect any kind of goodwill from India. We have always had a good relationship with India." Wanted, but we got no response. " Faisal once again expressed his concerns over Kashmir and said that India should allow foreign delegations to go to Kashmir.
Faisal also claimed that there was obstruction by India in the arrival of passengers in Kartarpur, whereas there was no obstruction from Pakistan. The spokesman expressed concern over the interview given to the Indian channel of Altaf Hussain, leader of a faction of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement based in London, in which Hussain had pleaded for asylum in India. He said that Pakistan is looking into the matter and a detailed answer will be given.
