New Delhi: On the behest of Pakistani intelligence agency ISI, planning is being done on a war footing to spread panic in Delhi, Punjab, and Haryana. This is revealed by a video of Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu. This video has been caught by the investigating agencies, in which Delhi has been threatened to make another Khalistan.

It is being told that at the behest of Pakistan, the work of spreading the wrong message is being done in India. After this video of terrorist Gurpatwant Singh surfaced, the Delhi Police has also been alerted along with Indian intelligence and investigation agencies. The officers of Delhi Police's Special Cell and Crime Branch are very cautious about this. Terrorist Gurpatwant Singh is running the Sikh for Justice organization with the help of ISI and through it is promoting public sentiments.

For this, inflammatory messages are being sent to the people of Delhi, Punjab, and Haryana through e-mail, audio calls, and WhatsApp. Through these e-mails, audio calls, and WhatsApp messages, Punjab, Haryana, and Delhi are also being asked to vote for the referendum. Surprisingly, one such call has also come to AAP MLA Somnath Bharti from Malviya Nagar, Delhi, in which the reference-2020 is mentioned. Talking about anti-India, a vote is being requested. Somnath Bharti has complained about this Khalistan Sarmathak call from an international number.
