Indian women's shooting team reached the finals in the ISSF World Cup

The three-man Indian Women's 25m Pistol team comprising Rahi Sarnobat, Aisha Singh and Rhythm Sangwan has advanced to the gold medal bout of the ISSF World Cup. The trio has managed to score 441 out of 450 by securing the first position in the second qualification stage. They will now face Singapore in the final, who have the same number of points but three shots short of India in the inner 10.

Chinese Taipei and Japan are set to play for the bronze medal. India is second in the medal tally by winning two gold and one silver medal. Saurabh Chaudhary and Women's 10m Air Pistol team also won gold medals while Aisha Singh won silver medal in women's 10m Air Pistol. In men's 25m rapid fire pistol, India's Anish Bhanwala is currently ranked 9th in the qualification round of 37 shooters.
