India's first reaction on Pak elections, "Keep Calm"

In its first reaction after the general elections in Pakistan, India has expressed hope that the new government of Pakistan will work constructively for safe, stable and terrorism and violence-free South Asia. This will help in making the area safe, stable. Foreign Ministry spokesman said that India wants Pakistan to be prosperous and move forward towards development.

Simultaneously keeping peace with the neighbours. India welcomes people's faith in democracy through the general elections by the people of Pakistan. It is known that the biggest party in the National Assembly elections in Pakistan has emerged as the biggest party in the party, Imran's party, PTI. His party has won 116 of the 270 National Assembly seats in the country.

Although, A multi-party conference (MPC) and Pakistan People’s Party late on Friday discarded the just-concluded Pakistan general polls. The meeting was held at the Islamabad residence of MMA leader Mian Aslam, as Dawn reported. The meeting was attended by leaders of various parties. The APC (all parties’ conference) has utterly discarded the July 25 polls with consensus," declared Rehman while addressing the media after the meet concluded.
