Varanasi: IndiGo Airlines which was going from Hyderabad to Gorakhpur, made an emergency landing in Varanasi due to technical fault in its flight. After a technical fault in an Indigo Airlines flight, it was landed at the LBS International Airport in Varanasi.

It is being told that the flight number 6e6316 of IndiGo flew from Hyderabad to Gorakhpur with 144 passengers. During this time there was some technical fault in the flight engine. Emergency landing of the aircraft was made immediately in Varanasi. According to the information received, the pilot approached the ATC of Varanasi airport and sought permission for emergency landing as soon as the plane was reported.

The aircraft was grounded at the airport as soon as it was approved by ATC. After the safe landing of the aircraft, arrangements were made to send the passengers to Gorakhpur by another aircraft. At the same time, no information has been revealed about the technical fault in the flight. No passengers were killed in the incident. At the same time, the higher authorities have issued orders to investigate the incident, they say that technical fault should be detected so that such problem does not occur in future.
