Indore: Unlock-1.0 will start from Monday, about 70 days after the lockdown in Indore. About 80 percent of the area in Indore Municipal Corporation border has been given a big relief due to this unlock. In this, except for the highly infected Central Zone of the city, the remaining part of the city (Zone-2) and 29 villages (Zone-3) included in the corporation, while the rural area of the district included in Zone-4 is almost completely opened.

Repair shops, grocery stores, milk dairy, garages, laundry, mobile phones, fans, coolers, AC, flour mill, electric, mobile, computer etc. will remain open. Vegetable sellers will be able to sell vegetables from door to door. Shops of snacks, sweets, eggs and poultry will not be opened. Only home access service will be available. Similarly, home access service will also be provided from the stationery shop. Grocery shops will also be able to open in Zone-1 of the city, but shopkeepers will be able to make home delivery only by taking orders over phone or WhatsApp.

Schools and colleges, public transport, religious places, hotels, shopping malls, theatres, clubs, gyms etc. will not open in the entire district including the city. Religious, social and public meetings and programs will also be banned. In Unlock-1.0, relief has been given to the public. However, the administration will continuously monitor Unlock 1.0 for the next one week. During this time, the rate of corona infection and patients increases, the speed of opening the lockdown will not only be stopped, but the exemption given can also be withdrawn if the situation becomes serious. This decision was taken in the district disaster management group meeting on Sunday regarding Unlock-1.0. In this meeting MP Shankar Lalwani, Collector Manish Singh, DIG Harinarayanachari Mishra, former Mayor Krishna Murari Moghe, members of the State Government's Corona Control Advisory Committee, Dr Nishant Khare, MLA Malini Gaur, Ramesh Mendola, Usha Thakur, Mahendra Hardia, Sudarshan Gupta and other officials were present.
