Jaypur: The district administration of the capital Jaipur has made the girl students collector and Additional District Collector (ADM) for one day on the occasion of International Women's Day on Friday. The district administration stated the purpose behind this to encourage girl education. 12th class student Bharti Mawar sat on the chair of Jaipur District Collector Jagroop Singh Yadav while Shadma, Bharti Verma, Komal Gupta and Lakshita Sharma were seated on the four ADM chairs posted in the district administration. Bharti Mawar, sitting on the Collector’s chair, asked for a suggestion box to be placed outside the District Collector’s office.

In this box, people will be able to put their suggestions in writing on other issues including development works to be done in the district. Bharti Mawar gave instructions regarding placing similar boxes in schools, separate girls' toilets in schools and provision of soap in them. The girl sitting on DM chair also instructed to take strict action when liquor shops open after 8 pm, do not allow liquor, tea and paan shops to open near schools, and conduct social awareness campaigns in rural areas to stop child marriages. lamps. Law student Bharti Verma, who became ADM, said that the administration should campaign to eradicate poverty and discrimination of the rich in society.
