Dhaka: Islamic fundamentalism continues to grow in Bangladesh. Earlier, temples of Hindu gods and goddesses were vandalised in Bangladesh. Now they are being forced to change their religion and become Muslims. You can guess this from the fact that, if radicals are not missing out on targeting even Bangladesh cricketer Litton Das, then what will happen to the general public there?
In fact, Bangladesh's Hindu cricketer Litton Das congratulated Durga puja on social media, and Islamic fundamentalists started asking him to convert to Islam while giving him knowledge of true religion. In fact, on the occasion of Mahalaya before Navratri, cricketer Litton Das posted an Instagram post and congratulated Durga Puja. After that Litton Das came under the target of Islamic fundamentalists. They started commenting absurdly on the cricketer's Hindu religious beliefs and asking him to become a Muslim. Fundamentalists have written fiercely nonsense on Litton Das's post. Along with this, the fundamentalists also made fun of Hinduism. Â
Let me tell you, Litton Das shared a picture of an idol of Goddess Durga in a Facebook post and wrote, 'Subho Mahalaya! Maa Durga is coming. Soon after, fundamentalists took to his timeline and started abusing Litton Das for being a follower of Hinduism. Actually, according to Hindu scriptures, Mahalaya marks the arrival of Goddess Durga on earth from Mount Kailash. In his post, fundamentalists have condemned idol worship and threatened Litton Das to convert to 'one true faith' i.e. Islam.
Islamist N Firdaus Zaman wrote in the comment, "No religion other than Islam has any value on earth.'' At the same time, another fanatic wrote, 'You people should understand that these idols made of clay will not do any work. Because these idols are meaningless. Therefore, you must believe in Allah, your Creator. Another user wrote, 'These stone idols cannot be sacred to anyone. No person will worship an idol carved in stone. I welcome you to the fold of Islam. Come on the right track.'

Islamic Fundamentalism in Bangladesh:-
Hatred towards religious minorities, especially the Hindu community, is not new in Bangladesh, which has been separated from India and becomes an Islamic country. Earlier, a video of a boy studying in a madrasa in Bangladesh had gone viral on social media, in which he refused to meet cricketer Soumya Sarkar only because Sarkar is a Hindu. Let us know that even before this, the Hindu community has been targeted many times by the fundamentalists in Bangladesh and their temples have been attacked. However, so far, the Sheikh Hasina government of Bangladesh is neither able to stop it nor take strict steps.  After seeing such incidents, the question arises that, crores of Muslims live in India, all believe in their religion as complete freedom, no Indian Hindu goes to tell them that your religion is false, become a Hindu, but why do Hindus living in Muslim countries not get that freedom? Is it a crime to be a Hindu in Muslim countries?
