Patna: The court has sentenced Lalu Yadav to five years in jail and a fine of Rs 60 lakh in the Doranda treasury case of a fodder scam. After the court's decision, his son and former deputy chief minister of the state Tejashwi Yadav has raised questions on the agencies. Tejashwi has asked whether there has been no scam in the country other than the fodder scam.

Tejashwi Yadav further said, "Apart from the fodder scam, has there been no other scam in the country? There have been about 80 scams in Bihar alone, but where are the CBI, ED, and NIA? Has there been the same scam in the entire country and there is only one leader? The CBI has forgotten Vijay Mallya, Nirav Modi, and Mehul Choksi. Not only this, but Tejashwi has also said that this decision should be challenged in the High Court. Tejashwi Yadav said, "I will not comment on the court's decision. There's no final decision here. The High Court and the Supreme Court are also in this country.''

"We have challenged this decision in the High Court. We hope that the lower court's decision in the High Court will be overturned. Tejashwi Yadav said, "If Lalu Ji had joined hands with the BJP, he would have been called Raja Harishchandra, but he fought against the RSS and the BJP. That's why they're facing imprisonment. We're not going to be afraid of it.''
